In plain terms: We never sell your information or share it with other marketing agencies. We use a range of services that enable business continuity such as email, online office suites, CRM tools, video conferencing and AI productivity tools such as transcribing.

READ THIS FIRST:

  • By ATTENDING A WEBINAR, you are EXPLICITYLY giving permission for us to retain complete ownership of that media and to publish it in public spaces such as social media without any exceptions. You are also giving us permission to store your details in order to communicate with you on social media or via email.
  • By purchasing any product or service you agree to us retaining your email address for communication relating to the product in question. You can unsubscribe from email lists at any time.
  • Coaching is confidential and only minimum use of necessary services are used in order to comply with law. Any extended use, such as retention of anonymised dialogue of sessions or video is done by explicit agreement on a per client per session basis.

How long we keep information

We keep information for active users of our email list until all lists are unsubscribed. We remove data from unsubscribed users automatically. For non-active customers that have not purchased services or products and are unsibscribed, we retain data for no more than 48 months unless a removal request has been made. We aim to remove date between 12-24 months. Upon request we aim to remove data in its entirity as soon as possible.
